Using BRAVE B-Continuous PAT sensor in your production line eliminates the bottleneck of lab measurements, allows more efficient production according to regulations, gives you peace of mind that your batch is on-spec and also allows you to monitor the general health of the plant and carry out predictive maintenance.
Installation of the BRAVE B-Continuous online sensor for 24/7 production control involves the following steps:
- Decide on your sample withdrawal point for the bypass connection
- Connect a waste connection at the sample outlet or recollect your sample e.g., for further analysis
- If needed, connect the dilution media to the PAT sensor for automatic sample preparation
- Make sure all connections are tight
- Load the method, define the sample ID, configure the specs
- Press “start”
- Monitor your particle size, number-based particle size distributions and particle concentration online continuously
