During May 28-31, our colleagues of EXELISIS co-organized the Polymers 2024 international conference. It was held in the center of Athens, in the historic building of the War Museum.
Under the motto âPolymers for a Safe and Sustainable Futureâ, the conference was a great opportunity to gather international experts and leading researchers, presenting the latest progress and advancements in the field of polymers, especially focusing on the development of innovative aspects towards more safe and sustainable materials. The conference had 259 accepted submissions and was attended by over 400 people, mainly consisting of academic and RTO researchers, but also including researchers and scientific experts from the industry. Apart from its organizational role, the EXELISIS team has actively participated in the conference with various scientific contributions corresponding to the companyâs relevant activities in the field but also has promoted their work and services by having a booth in the venueâs main entrance hall together with all the conference sponsors. EXELISIS has shared a variety of marketing material in their booth, aiming to attract stakeholder interest, promote their activities and inform them on particular aspects of interest regarding these activities and projects.
This has been ideal occasion for the NanoPAT project to be disseminated to a wide range of polymer experts aiming to inform them about the projectâs successful results and ignite discussions about its potential applicability to end user applications of interest to the field of polymers. The official NanoPAT trifold flyers with all the key information about the project together with promotional material (pens branded with NanoPATâs corporate design) were shared freely with conference attendees. Additionally, a video illustrating EXELISISâs contribution to the NanoPAT projectâs market and patent mapping landscape analysis was being iteratively projected in the booths screen, together with similar videos about other relevant projects of EXELISIS.
