NanoInnovation Conference 2022

The seventh edition of NanoInnovation, that will take place in Rome on September 19 – 23, 2022. It will start on Monday (September 19) with the Guest Event Physics for Sustainable Development celebrating the Centenary of the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP) and of the International Year of Basic Sciences for Sustainable Development (IYBSSD), proclaimed by UNESCO for the 2022.

The conference programme will cover different fields and topics related to the application of micro-nanotechnologies and other enabling technologies in key innovation sectors, including 3D manufacturing, electronics, energy and environment, aerospace, healthcare, agrifood and cultural heritage. Aspects related to sustainability, safety and ethics of innovation will be an underlying theme of all the conference.

NanoInnovation is also rich of important initiatives addressed to young students and researchers, such as schools and courses, in addition to the third edition of the Special Event “YoungInnovation – The State of Research communicated by Young Researchers” where innovative research activities will be presented by young talented researchers, covering different disciplines ranging from life science to material science.

Moreover, the traditional and well-assessed aspects of NanoInnovation, from the exhibition area to networking and satellite events, are still planned.
