As the project has come to an end, after four years of hard work, we have summarised in a final video all that we achieved!
This final dissemination video provides an overview of the project and its main results. It explores where to find nanomaterials and explains the importance of characterizing nanomaterials and nanoparticles. The video discusses the three Process Analytical Technologies (PATs) developed by NanoPAT, PDW, OF2i, and TUS, and offers an overview of the project partners. It details the validation of these PATs in the five case studies, using the Hydroxyapatite case study as an example, where the OF2i technology developed by BRAVE Analytics was validated at FLUIDINOVA’s plant. The use of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modelling and simulations for process optimization in the end users’ mixing tanks is also covered. The video highlights key benefits of the individual PATs, presents the factsheets on the PATs and the PAT platform that were created, and features testimonials from end users about the validation of the PATs in their plants. Key aspects of the PAT platform software are showcased, including its application for data collection from different systems, data processing, and data visualization tailored to the needs of the end users, as well as the cloud infrastructure for data storage and visualization. Finally, the video highlights some NanoPAT’s communication and dissemination activities throughout the project’s duration.
